This Privacy Policy explains how DD AI Agent ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, application, and Chrome extension (collectively, the "Services"). We design our product with privacy in mind and only collect the minimum data required to deliver the functionality you expect.

Information we collect

  • Authentication data: When you click the Sync button in our Chrome extension, we read your DataDive session cookie from app.datadive.tools and securely send it to our backend to link your account. We do not access other cookies or browsing data.
  • Account information: When signed in to our app, we may store your email address and basic profile to provide the Service. This data is not collected by the extension itself and is processed server-side.
  • Technical data: Standard server logs (e.g., IP address, timestamps) for security, debugging, and reliability. We do not build profiles or sell data.

What we do not collect

  • No browsing history or page content
  • No keystroke, mouse, or screen monitoring
  • No health, financial, or personal communications data

How we use your information

  • To authenticate you and link your DataDive account with your DD AI Agent account
  • To provide features like niche research and credit-based usage
  • To maintain the security and reliability of the Services

Data sharing

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising. We may share data with infrastructure providers strictly as needed to operate the Services (e.g., hosting, analytics with privacy-enhancing settings) and only under appropriate safeguards.

Security

We transmit data over HTTPS and apply least-privilege access internally. The extension uses Manifest V3 and does not execute remote code.

Your choices

  • You can uninstall the extension at any time.
  • You can revoke linking by logging out from the app and/or clearing cookies.
  • Contact us to request deletion of your account data.
